I cannot give more than 5 stars so 5 stars it is! I wasn't sure which size due to my shape so contacted using the form. Within a very short space of time I had a very friendly, detailed and helpful response. I ordered the size suggested and...wow! The item is really well made - stunning actually - and fitted incredibly well. Absolutely adore it! I will defintiely be using Kate's Clothing again - often ;) Quick delivery with protective packaging too. Absolutely recommend!

Absolutely incredible

What can I say, absolutely fantastic. I’ve been ordering for years and Kate has always been so kind and patient with any questions i’ve had. The one return I did (wrong size for me) was seamless and easy. I had bought a belt months ago and a stud came loose (I wear it every day and haven’t been gentle with it so it was not surprising) , Kate was quick to respond and sent me out a replacement not once but TWICE!! Honestly what stellar customer service. All of the items are such good quality and I’m definitely a loyal customer for life. Also subscribe to the email list, her sales and discount codes are top notch and NO spam!! 10/10 Kate should be glowing with pride over her buisness.

This company is brilliant and I would highly recommend them. I recently had a few times that had arrived faulty/damaged and Kate's clothing sorted this so quickly and I received replacement items the next day. Have placed a few orders from this company and the customer service is awesome.

A+ great online store.

I'm about due a new order from Kate's clothing soon I think, I have ordered several times before, everything came as expected, and on time or early, quality fabrics, nice fitting, nice feeling and gorgeous clothes, I've even had friends who aren't usually in toy goth thing tell me how great some things I have had from here look.

Killstar Vexation Hooded Knit Cardi

I love this! It's Killstar's usual excellent quality and the knit fabric is buttery soft. I didn't realise the sleeves are in a knit rib fabric (I should have looked at the images more closely) but that only adds to the unique look of the garment. Being 5'3", the cardigan reaches to the floor and then some, but I just tie a loose knot in each of the front ends and it's fine.

My favourite place to buy clothes online. I've used the website in its various forms since about 2009, and it's always been a pleasure from start to finish. Great quality clothes, fantastic offers and amazing customer service. On the rare occasion I've had to send something back, customer services have been quick to deal with and made it easy. 100% recommended from me.

I ordered some directions hair dye from…

I ordered some directions hair dye from Kate’s clothing to be sent to the Netherlands, as it turned out much cheaper to buy if from them and have it sent here. It usually costs me about €10 per tub and it’s only I think £2.99 on Kate’s clothing which is the price I used to pay when I lived in England. The package came quickly and well packaged, nice and safe nothing broken. Perfect! I think Kate’s clothing is a great company and I have shopped with them before and had my items sent to the UK but never here before. And I am now more than happy to have the items sent here. I would highly recommend this company!

Totally Recommended

Excellent customer service. From ordering to wearing my new clothes everything was perfect! The process was so easy, I could tell real humans who love their job had dealt with my order not a robot! The personal touch makes ordering on-line much better. Quick delivery over the Christmas period. I returned some of the items ordered, free returns label, no hassle refund, returns policy is not legal jargon just easy to follow information. I am very impressed with the quality of my purchase and the service I received.

Necessary Evil Bat Wing Collar and Punk…

Necessary Evil Bat Wing Collar and Punk Rave Vivienne Skirt: This collar such a cool way of gothing up an outfit, it really gives something extra to the look in such an easy way. The leather effect fabric and the covered buttons are lovely. The Punk Rave Vivienne skirt is more true to size than a lot off their garments, wheras usually I have to size up for this brand. It has lovely muted colours, not too bright, cheap and brash, like some reds. I like the braces hanging down the sides, but they can be worn over shoulders. The uneven hemline and net under-hem give extra interest. Kates service is second to none, the delivery is free over 40 quid and only takes 3 days. Highly Recommended online retailer.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Order came quickly though under the circumstances of the website transitioning I ordered something showing in stock which wasn’t. This was swiftly refunded after an email exchange and I received a voucher code for the troubles.
