Just Travel Cover receives consistently positive reviews. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about expensive and customer service.

I find it easier to read and answer questions online as it is made clear
They were so helpful after I nearly cancelled through another company giving me a really crazy price which was more than my trip - Couldn't do enough to help and restored my confidence that I wasn't the liability I felt I was.

Terrible, terrible company. Rang them up to clarify about flight cancellation and not being able to get to cruise departure country. Company told me I was not covered if I were to miss my cruise due to flight cancellation as it was not their problem. (They did not inform me this when I took out the initial policy even though I asked.) They are very quick in taking your money and blase about what is covered until you have handed the money over. I did not find them helpful at all as I wanted to see if there were some additional extra cover I could pay for to cover should this happen. Company was not interested and unsympathatic. I asked about cancelling the policy and was told I would get a part refund as the trip is not till August. When I organised cover with another company who were very accomodating and helpful, I rang Just travel to get my part refund. Surprise, surprise.. they told me I was misinformed and would not get any refund at all. However, they could hold on to the policy for a year from date of purchase which was in June. (I bought the policy to start in August...!!) Again they try to screw you over a couple of months. Would I trust this company... Never again...the sales people just want your money for their commission. Shame on Just Travel... PS they also took my insurance money for the first cruise that was cancelled due to covid and I had to chase them to get the refund.They eventually offered a small refund saying they had reached out to me but it must have gone into spam as I had not responded!! (1hour later) Just received an email from Just Travel offering the original partial refund which I have accepted. My views are still the same though as I have taken out a new insurance policy with a different company and paid 2-3x the price I paid for with Just Travel for peace of mind.. :)

The lady on the phone was lovely, only thing that wasnβt was the price lol nearly Β£700 because Iβm waiting to see specialist for gall stones.

Very easy to understand and a good selection of quotes to choose from. Only downside was that I could only start my annual policy within 30 days. Ideally I wanted it to start in September not July but I wanted it done out of the way so had to accept this

When I called, the wait was only a few minutes. As I had several medical conditions to declare it took some time to go through all the questions. The person I spoke to was polite, helpful and clear about why everything was needed. All in all it was an easy process. The only negative was that I had previous insurance with Just Travel Cover but the customer service assistant still had to go through all the questions again even though nothing had changed. This could be an improvement for the future.

Just got travel insurance for a cruise for 2023. So glad it was a UK call centre, as I had a lot of questions. The chap I spoke to Paul, was extremely polite and professional and answered all my questions. On top of that, fabulous value for money as I had been quoted a lot more money for less cover. Will definitely use again.
