This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Excellent sales team.

This was my 5th new car purchase from John Grose at Lowestoft. James Sutton the sales person was excellent, no flannel or pushy sales patter. I Would also like to thank Karl the sales manager for keeping me informed when James was on a rest day. It must be very difficult for them at the moment with the long waiting times for delivery, but they were always cheerful and a pleasure to talk to. I would give them 11out of 10 if I could. Thank you.

John Gross

I can’t thank John Gross enough from the order process to eventually getting my car. Although the wait for my new car was a long one only to be expected with the world in crisis. I dealt with Ross initially then he left the business and Terry took over in the Ipswich branch Thank you so much for looking after me very well. I would recommend John Gross to all that would listen. Family/Friends are all very impressed with my car, said what a good choice this was. So Thank you John Gross Ipswich.

What can I say but totally brilliant

What can I say, but thank you Shaun Cox and John Grose Woodbridge! Treated like royalty every time we visit! From start to finish on choosing our new car, we were given the best advise, with honesty and were never made to feel any query or question was irrelevant. John Grose Woodbridge is the best place to visit to buy new vehicle, the staff are second to none. A smaller branch of John Grose with knowledgable caring staff, with there customers needs at heart! Well done !!

I bought a brand new Ford Mach-E

I bought a brand new Ford Mach-E. This went wrong after a few hundred miles. After it was diagnosed what was wrong (heater malfunction) we were told that it was not possible to get a time frame to fix it. The car I have been issued to replace it while we wait is a Diesel Citroen. We bought an electric car to reduce Co2 now I am producing even more. If I had wanted a CitroΓ«n I would have bought one. Also I was not insured on it only my wife. When I spoke to Ford Credit about the issue of payments (place on hold while I have no car) they did not even log my call and I great guy called Darren Angel had to intervene. This is just one problem after another and has left a very deflated customer. Top end car bottom end service. No one from the management team has contacted me concerning this. Another issue.

New 22 Ford Fiesta

This is the 3rd new Ford Fiesta I have bought through John Grose in Ipswich. The service is fantastic, the staff are friendly and professional. James kept me up to date throughout the process from beginning to end. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, whether you are buying a basic model or more top of the range, you get treated like a person and not just a 'car sale'. Thank you so much.
