I bought a brand new Ford Mach-E

I bought a brand new Ford Mach-E. This went wrong after a few hundred miles. After it was diagnosed what was wrong (heater malfunction) we were told that it was not possible to get a time frame to fix it. The car I have been issued to replace it while we wait is a Diesel Citroen. We bought an electric car to reduce Co2 now I am producing even more. If I had wanted a Citroën I would have bought one. Also I was not insured on it only my wife. When I spoke to Ford Credit about the issue of payments (place on hold while I have no car) they did not even log my call and I great guy called Darren Angel had to intervene. This is just one problem after another and has left a very deflated customer. Top end car bottom end service. No one from the management team has contacted me concerning this. Another issue.
