This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

The customer service was great, Jamie always made the effort to keep me in the loop. He was always polite and not pushy at all. Everywhere else i had been the 'pushy' salesman put me off buying but Jamie was relaxed and honest. Unfortunately my car took alot longer to arrive than an anticipated but this was no fault of John Grose. Jamie even came in on his day off to ensure my completion went smoothly. Top gent.

We have recently purchased a vehicle from the Ipswich Dealership, John Gross. With the help of Will, we found what we considered to be a complicated purchase, made very simple. He offered expert advise and help, explained all the options and made us feel at ease with all the complicated jargon. He was very patient and had lots of time for us.
