This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

This is the first car that I have purchased from John Grose, Shaun Cox at the Woodbridge garage was very friendly and helpful with all the information regarding the car we were interested in. He set us up for a test drive, when we returned from the test drive we decided to purchase the car. Shaun then went over every aspect that we need to know. I would recommend John Grose.
