This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

An excellent experience of buying my new car and made perfect with exceptional and faultless service by Ben Harper. When he promised anything. It happened !!!!!!!. Matt Naylor salesman

Contacted Ryan at Woodbridge after…

Contacted Ryan at Woodbridge after buying a different make of car and regretting it after a couple of months. Ryan was excellent to deal with, not pressured into anything. Communication great from start of purchase to end. Really friendly and easy to talk to. Brought a new Focus which is my 2nd one from Ryan at Woodbridge, would not go anywhere else.

Rude Member of staff at woodbridge

I went into the woodbridge branch to get a part for my transit van but was unsure what part i needed so a man came out and i showed him where the part was on my van and he looked it up on the computer and showed me the one its was so i ordered it and paid for it. I picked it up 2 days later and took it home and after checking realised it was the wrong part so took it back for a refund. The blonde lady on reception informed me that they dont give refunds and when i explained that the mechanic told me which part i needed she then went onto say you agreed to it so you wont be getting a refund. She is a very rude person and should not be in front of the customer, I will not be going back to the woodbridge branch while she is working there.

OMG What an amazing team at Peugeot

OMG What an amazing team at Peugeot, especially Gary Page. He treated us with kindness, compassion and respect. Gary talked us through every step of the way. We felt like we were talking to a friend rather than a car salesman. I cannot praise Gary enough. Oh and tge car is fabulous too. Thankyou
