This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

I bought a used Kia Ceed from John Grose Lowestoft

I bought a used Kia Ceed from John Grose Lowestoft and dealt with their sales rep, Gary Day. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their customer service is excellent, not just from Gary but from the other members of the team. Even though I was buying a used car, I got the same level of service a new car buyer would receive which is rare these days I feel. From the moment I walked in the door to when I left, I felt looked after. They are kind and attentive and do not hard sell, which to me was important. Customer Service is important to me and I was very pleased with the level of service I received whilst at John Grose, Lowestoft. You can buy with confidence.

Great sales staff who made me welcome.

I was welcomed and offered a drink when I arrived. The salesman was very attentive and was able to answer all my questions. He was extremely enthusiastic about the vehicle and was calm and helpful during the test drive. He followed up my visit with a courtesy call asking if I had more questions

Cannot speak highly enough of the team…

Cannot speak highly enough of the team at John Grose Ipswich, particularly George who treated us with kindness and courtesy from the moment we entered the showroom. I had several queries and some glitches with technology but he had endless patience and never made me feel a nuisance - thank you so much.

Great service guaranteed

I have purchased many new vans from John Grose from 2003 and the reason I keep loyal to John Grose is the amazing service I get from the sales team over the years, especially Andrew Pitkin, not only is nothing is too much trouble but my partner and I feel he really cares about our business, he will always be our port of call now and in the future.
