This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Really attentive, perfect customer service. Reacted quickly to my needs to ensure everything with the transaction went smoothly with the document preparation and on the pick up day. Really appreciate the time taken to make the car buying experince a great one.

ordered a kia stonic ( well 2 and a sportage) with Matthew. Matthew was chatty helpful and for sure a great help with my 3 teenagers who have been in and out showing fsmily the csr of there choice ( which must have driven Matthew mad cause it did me). Matthew has kept us informed with everything from order to delivery and when the other 2 cars are coming. he did hand over of 1 car this week perfect in every way even with my crap tech knowledge. am looking forward to collecting the next 2 car within the next month. with all of Matthews help we have defo made the correct choice. he is a complete credit to you and if anyone needs a recommendation I would highly recommend John Grose and Matthew for sure ..... the only downside is Matthews commitment to Southend United but we can't have it all ....ha ha

Fantastic service with a smile

My wife ordered a new Kia Stonic from Matthew at the Lowestoft branch. Matthew was extremely helpful, very chatty and treated us like friends. He kept us informed of the progress. After the wait for the car to be built and shipped, we got the call to come and collect it (yay) Again Matthew done the hand over, he took his time to help us learn and understand my wife's new car, allowed questions to be asked, and answered them with a great deal of knowledge. We will most definitely be using John Grose Lowestoft again when we change the car in three years time. Matthew made our experience a very pleasant one at John Grose Lowestoft, and he is a real credit to the company, WELL DONE Matt, and many thanks Sonia & Clive.

Excellent service from Matt for our new…

Excellent service from Matt for our new Puma. Travelled 100 miles to pick up the car as John Grose are so much better than our local Ford main dealers and worth the extra journey. All went smoothly from order to collection. 6 stars for Matt, a credit to the company.

Great dealership

Just picked up my 4th car from John Grose all the way from Birmingham. Its worth the 3 hour drive as the service was brilliant once again from James Honeywood. I'm also very happy with the Focus estate st line x.
