I bought a used Kia Ceed from John Grose Lowestoft and dealt with their sales rep, Gary Day. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their customer service is excellent, not just from Gary but from the other members of the team. Even though I was buying a used car, I got the same level of service a new car buyer would receive which is rare these days I feel. From the moment I walked in the door to when I left, I felt looked after. They are kind and attentive and do not hard sell, which to me was important.
