This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

This is my 6th year of using Ford for my Motability car. I have always found that I can rely on them for help, should I ever need it. Alex Reid has been my contact since the beginning and has always been on hand for any information that I might need. His knowledge and experience is vast, and he feels more like a friend than just a Ford employee. In fact all of the people involved with Ford at Lowestoft have been most welcoming, friendly and eager to help.

Alex Read - John Grose Car Sales

From my first meeting with Alex Read I found he was a knowledgeable and pleasent salesman who kept us informed throughout the purchase and provided timely response to questions questions raised. In his absence other members of the sales team were helpful. The handover was efficiently handled and basic explanation of the vehicles equipment and capabilities clearly given.

Was kept informed when car ready for collectio.

Adam kept me informed as to when the car would be ready for collection .He also made sure that my mobility scooter would get in it as it goes in to the back of the car via a ramp. All the adaptions were on the car. I am disabled. It can be driven by hand controls.

I bought my next new car from John Grose in Woodbridge this month. I would like to say how pleased I am with the purchase of the car and the excellent contact with Ryan. His professionalism is visible at every step. The amount of information Ryan gave me about the car prior to purchasing was enormous and very helpful. Thanks to this, I felt confident and made a conscious decision to buy a new car. Ryan, with his person, activities and approach to me, is definitely a trustworthy person. New car from John Grose in Woodbridge

I have been with John Grose in Woodbridge for a long time changing my cars every 2-3 years. I always find the team very friendly and and ever so helpful. I have exchanged my Focus for new Puma this month and Ryan made my buying experience very pleasent one as always, everything went so smooth. Ryan made everything as easy as possible, very flexible with dates, great communication throughout, extremely helpful, very chatty and treated me like friend. Ryan done the handover and he took his time to help me to learn and understand my new car, he also allowed me to ask any questions and answerred them with a great knowledge. I always find Ryan very approachable, helpful and supportive and what I am always greatful for is that the customer care with Ryan does not finish when you buy the car, it continues throughout the contract. I can always call for anything and he finds time for me, nothing is ever too much. I will most definitely recommend the garage in Woodbridge to my friends and colleagues as I find the service exellent. Anna W
