This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Another great new Puma from the John…

Another great new Puma from the John Grose team. Many thanks to all of the very kind people at the dealership and in particular the sales executive Terry Harvey who arranged such a smooth buying process for us. As we live a distance away Terry kindly sent us a video tour of our new car which was brilliant and saved us quite a journey to see it in person, thank you Terry.

Outstanding Service

We have recently brought the new Ford Kuga from Matt at John Grose at Lowestoft. We cannot recommend or rate Matt or John Grose high enough. He made the process so easy, enjoyable and stress free. Communication throughout has been fantastic and the team at John Grose have also been amazing when Matt hasn't been about to answer any questions we had. This is the second car purchased from John Grose and they always provide an outstanding service with especially fantastic hot chocolate! Will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you again Matt!
