This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

We just collected a new Explorer from John Grose in Woodbridge following having had a Kuga from them before. In both occasions Jack was fantastic in being very helpful and knowledgeable of the cars. I have dealt with John Grose Ipswich for approximately 30 years and have always had a great experience with every salesman I have met in this time. James Honeywood has dealt with my purchases for about the last 5 vehicles and I have always felt that he is genuinely looking after my best interests. I have been with James from the start of his career with John Grose when he was training under Richard Carter who was also a great friend and a great mentor to James who is always polite and welcoming who my Wife and I see as a friend we have always felt that he is honest and open and considerate of our needs and I would always recommend John Grose and James to my friends if they need a new car.
