Outstanding Service
We have recently brought the new Ford Kuga from Matt at John Grose at Lowestoft. We cannot recommend or rate Matt or John Grose high enough. He made the process so easy, enjoyable and stress free. Communication throughout has been fantastic and the team at John Grose have also been amazing when Matt hasn't been about to answer any questions we had. This is the second car purchased from John Grose and they always provide an outstanding service with especially fantastic hot chocolate! Will definitely be using them again in the future!
