This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Very warm and welcoming, not pushy, very up to date with every aspect of the car I purchased without looking up on a computer, its nice to talk to someone that knows what he is selling, the person I spoke to was polite, professional and friendly. We decided to try The John Grose Group in Lowestoft to purchase a new vehicle. They had a good selection of vehicles and all the staff were professional, helpful, polite, curtious and knowledgeable. We test drove the vehicles we liked and decided on a new Kia. They gave us a very good deal on our vehicle. The process from start to finish was made very simple and quick by Alex in the sales team. We have had the vehicle five weeks now and are very pleased.
