I have dealt with John Grose Ipswich for approximately 30 years and have always had a great experience with every salesman I have met in this time. James Honeywood has dealt with my purchases for about the last 5 vehicles and I have always felt that he is genuinely looking after my best interests. I have been with James from the start of his career with John Grose when he was training under Richard Carter who was also a great friend and a great mentor to James who is always polite and welcoming who my Wife and I see as a friend we have always felt that he is honest and open and considerate of our needs and I would always recommend John Grose and James to my friends if they need a new car.
