Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

My case went on for a few years but I was able to forget about it for the most part as I knew Irwin Mitchell were dealing with it all in the background. If they needed any information they would contact me or if there were any updates on the case but other than that it was all dealt with by them. I would strongly recommend this firm.
