Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

The service received was wonderful,I could not fault the expertise from Emma Guy and also the compassion she had when dealing with the situation at hand. I made a claim using Irwin Mitchell due to medical negligence, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. My acting solicitor on the case was Holly Tomlinson who was always friendly and helpful, always providing me with regular updates and follow up calls if required. Following Holly's recommendations not to accept the first settlement offer made I was surprised that the claim had almost doubled by the time the settlement figure had been achieved. Holly has been with me from the first day I enquired over 3 years ago! She has kept me up to date every step of the way and has taken the time to answer any question I have had over the phone.
