I made a claim using Irwin Mitchell due to medical negligence, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. My acting solicitor on the case was Holly Tomlinson who was always friendly and helpful, always providing me with regular updates and follow up calls if required. Following Holly's recommendations not to accept the first settlement offer made I was surprised that the claim had almost doubled by the time the settlement figure had been achieved.
