Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. Used Irwin Mitchell for conveyancing when buying my first home. They offered payment by bank transfer, which is very convenient (unlike another company that would only take card payments over the phone). They kept me updated via email about all the steps for purchasing a house, and responded to all my questions and requests for clarification within a reasonable time, even if the main contact was out of office I got a response from someone else who temporarily took over for that period. They also identified an important issue with a wall that got removed, which turned out to be a load bearing wall.
