My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. Hannah's communication style puts me at ease and because of her great ability to listen (a rare skill), she enables me to explain my situation, ask questions and feel heard. Please follow our case IRAMA PTE LTD v FORMARK SCAFFOLDING (HOLDINGS) LIMITED. 4 years and ongoing we believe Irwin Mitchell have pursued a case with no prospect of success against IRAMA a company partnered with Liverpool Legend Ian Rush MBE. Irwin Mitchell have racked up costs of over 370,000 GBP on our case of unpaid rent due from Formark of 65,000 GBP. We have made over a dozen complaints to the SRA and BSB, we believe Irwin Mitchell are using billing as intimidation. Thomas Barnard who heads the Sports Division for Irwin Mitchell in an email to IRAMA last week says "I'm afraid it's not uncommon for parties in litigation to try and use court procedure to their advantage," we feel this raises serious concerns about adherence to principles underpinning the rule of law.

I contacted Irwin Mitchell close to the deadline for our son’s EHCP assessment refusal appeal, and within 10 days, Rachael had gathered all information, drafted and submitted a comprehensive appeal on our behalf. Needless to say, the Local Authority conceded shortly afterwards and agreed to assess our son’s needs for an EHCP. We are extremely grateful for all of Rachael and Nancy’s hard work in a short time frame to achieve this positive step for us. Their communication throughout was excellent.
