Please follow our case IRAMA PTE LTD v FORMARK SCAFFOLDING (HOLDINGS) LIMITED. 4 years and ongoing we believe Irwin Mitchell have pursued a case with no prospect of success against IRAMA a company partnered with Liverpool Legend Ian Rush MBE. Irwin Mitchell have racked up costs of over 370,000 GBP on our case of unpaid rent due from Formark of 65,000 GBP. We have made over a dozen complaints to the SRA and BSB, we believe Irwin Mitchell are using billing as intimidation. Thomas Barnard who heads the Sports Division for Irwin Mitchell in an email to IRAMA last week says "I'm afraid it's not uncommon for parties in litigation to try and use court procedure to their advantage," we feel this raises serious concerns about adherence to principles underpinning the rule of law.
