Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

This Company was excellent as it immediately stopped our son's Care Home from closing after only three months' notice for no specific reason. Our Solicitor Kathryn Gooding sent the organisation Sanctuary Care a judicial review, which forced them to go about this legally, and employing a Surveying and a Consultation organisation. This gave all the residents longer time to find suitable accommodation. Kathryn went above and beyond her duty, and offered us tremendous support. She was the only source of comfort to us throughout this appalling nightmare, and always made herself available to talk with us, right till 20th December 2024. A wonderful young Lady.

Maxine Beckett (Support and Rehab Coordinator) is the best service I've had from IM. When I raised concerns about my husbands care , Irwin Mitchell was recommended by several friends and colleagues. It was at this point I was introduced to Emma Rush. She listened to my concerns and offered to investigate my claims. Over the past 2 years she has continued to support us in our quest for justice. Throughout this time she has kept us up to date with developments and explained the process clearly.
