Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

I was referred to Irwin Mitchell following a Road Traffic Accident that left me with a severe Traumatic Brain Injury. I was then assigned to Sarah Griggs, alongside Tessa Craythorne, as my case manager. They were a great team throughout the whole process. From the start, they explained the legal process clearly to myself and family so we could understand each step. They quickly secured immediate needs funds for the care and rehab I required during the trial process. Irwin Mitchell has a great connection to the right medical and legal experts to support with my recovery as well as to prepare for court proceedings. The trial process was 4 years in total, and my family and I were incredible grateful to Sarah and Tessa for their consistent and clear support throughout the whole timeline.
