When I raised concerns about my husbands care , Irwin Mitchell was recommended by several friends and colleagues. It was at this point I was introduced to Emma Rush. She listened to my concerns and offered to investigate my claims. Over the past 2 years she has continued to support us in our quest for justice. Throughout this time she has kept us up to date with developments and explained the process clearly. She is always available to answer questions by email and phone and has visited us at home on numerous occasions. Many issues have arisen and she has offered her expert opinion on issues but has always allowed my husband to have the final decision. We have felt informed and in control through the whole process.
