My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. I chose Irwin Mitchell to prepare my Will because I had worked with them on other matters. I opted for their bespoke service as my situation is rather complicated. I was a touch surprised that there was no suggestion of a face-to-face meeting even though they have a London office and I live in London. All the communication was by email. However all the communication was speedy and efficient, and Rebecca's questions about my needs and her requests for information were clear and pertinent. I was given clear information about the costs.

This process started in October 2022 and has dragged for too long. Irwin Mitchell has struggled with a difficult defendant to elicit timely replies at almost every stage of proceedings which has been very frustrating. Moreover, the anticipated damages has been like an ice cube in a frying pan, getting smaller and smaller all the time. I think the Defendant has had a much easier ride than neccesary. Rachel has been our excellent guide throughout the process and has provided support, guidance and assistance along the way. She is a credit to Irwin Mitchell.
