Katie and Flora were exceptionally good. They both took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand. They was both helpful and accommodating. They was always able to help me with anything I needed. They were flexible with my schedule and communicated with me well.
My claim started over 3 and a half years ago. Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication was impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. They fought for me and that I will forever be grateful for.

Would give this a 0 if I could, the man, who I could barely understand becaus he spent the duration of the call mumbling, didn't seem to have the mildest idea about dentistry. I spent 40 minutes describing the issue at length, he puts me on hold, then comes back and says ‘we can only make a dental claim for two or more teeth’ why was this not disclosed at the beginning of the call, instead of wasting 40 minutes not listening to me and repeating back the incorrect facts of what id just told him. Total time waster and have made a formal complaint
