The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

I used Impact Utilities to replace my lead pipe and move my stop cock in my Victorian property. I had high expectations based on the Google reviews. But the lads on the job managed to FAR EXCEED those high expectations! Highly organised, discreet, professional and informative. On top of that, a really friendly team which were a pleasure to have in my home around my family (we have a 5 month baby). Really chuffed with the job - thanks. I was amazed with the lack of trace after the work had been done. All tidy and all the brickwork back in my drive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Impact Utilities.

Left in the lurch by central heating engineers. Contacted Impact Utilities Limited who advised company in area and try and visit the following morning.. Following morning received courtesy call to advise crew would be with me within 30 minutes. Turned up on time and undertook first class work. Polite, neat and tidy. Kris and Michael attended to replace the main water pipe on my property. Despite encountering a couple of problems, they carried on working until the job was done. I was kept fully informed throughout the process which took 1.5 days. Great guys, very friendly and clearly very good and committed to their jobs.

Very pleased indeed with the work carried out by Impact Utilities Limited. From the moment I contacted Angela at the office to the work carried out by Sam and Mike the service was exceptional. We had a serious water leak within the boundary of our property and had to turn off our water supply and only had access to water once a day. They re-routed the water supply to our garage at the front of the house, and made such an excellent job, fast, efficient and not a stone out of place when they left, it was spotless. Obviously done it all before, very professional, left site clean & tidy, removed all the spoil and quit site like the installation had been there before they arrived. A stressful time was made easier thanks to Impact. We had, according to Thames water, sprung a leak on our supply pipe. They had confirmed through digging up the front tile path, that it was within the boundary of the property. This was a worry given we'd just retiled the hallway that the leak was likely under. The original plan was to get into the void space under the floor, but it transpired that it was too tight a gap. However, with a little creativity and a few unobtrusive cuts later, they had overcome. No mean feat. Turns out the leak was barely a trickle but the meter has finally stopped ticking over and I can sleep at night again.
