The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

These guys were great. Punctual, friendly, polite, informative and they were true to their word - they put everything back the way it was and there was even a slight improvement in the floorboards - they no longer creak! I would certainly recommend them.

Had to have a new water main pipe due to oil leak, The guys from impact showed up on the time i was told . Sam, Tony and Conner were a great team, did an excellent job really neat and left everything as it was before the work. Would recommend them to anyone

I needed a new water mains putting in due to the old one being made of lead. We had an initial plan but it had to be changed last minute. Big shout out to Kris and Olly for thinking on their feet and proposing a new layout. Work completed and everything put back as it was. I would highly recommend them.

I found this company a real pleasure to deal with. Excellent estimate. Kept to it. Were flexible and always answered my questions. The directional drilling team were fantastic and finished ahead of schedule. Helped me locate a difficult to find pipe. All neat and tidy. Very professional work.
