The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

Very good service from the start. Organised, straight forward and no messing around with quotes and details. Engineers were polite, happy and professional in conduct. I had two pipes installed under a heavily used road with a water and gas main in the road, they achieved this with no troubles or issues leaving an almost unbelievably undamaged Ground! Price was very competitive at around a 30% cheaper than a very similar company that I had got a quote from too.

Sam, Kris and Joe replaced my mains water pipe in half a day. They arrived at the appointed time and went straight to work, assessing the pipe run and sorting out how to tackle the job. They were unfailingly polite and efficient. When they had done it was very difficult to see where they had been. I have no hesitation in recommending Impact Utilities to my neighbours and friends.

They removed my old water lead pipe the same day. They were professional and gave us the best advice to where it should go. They left the pathway exactly how it was after like it had never been touched plus the inside of my house was left spotless. I had a burst copper water pipe on a 1900's property, Angie quoted me and arranged the engineers to attend, they completed the work with minimal disruption to the tenants, they kept me informed from start to finish, great job and good value, would recommend this company.
