The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

These guys did exellent job on my main replacement: came on time, pipe was replaced in a few hours, concrete replaced with a new one, site left nice and tidy. Very friendly, polite and informative. Easy communication with the office. Cannot thank enough, highly recommended.

Amazing service! Just did our mains and you would not even know they had been here. Incredibly neat and hard workers (Kris and Danny) and nice people in general, everything has been put back perfectly (brick drive, grass and cement floor). I would use them again and I would strongly recommend them. Did not stop working the whole day, very impressed.

Kris & team arrived early for what was supposed to be a quick 6M long lpg pipe installation from house wall to tank passing under a small garden bank retaining wall. That was until they found the hardest deepest concrete foundation they have ever come across! But they stuck at it all day (with a smile) to make a successful installation. We were lucky to be able to call upon the services of Impact Utilities to renew our water supply line and rectify an issue caused by another contractor. Sam and Ollie were fantastic from the moment they started the job to completion, working diligently and professionally. They were very polite and friendly. We were so pleased and appreciative of the attention to detail they provided from perfectly reinstating the parts of our paving and concrete that was taken up for them to lay the new pipe. Due to low water pressure we had Impactu Utilities put new water feed into our Bungalow. This meant digging up our paved drive and putting new stopcock into our shower room. .Kris and Tony did this work they assured us when they leave you wont know we have been . True to there word they did an excellent job in a very polite and friendly manner. Great job Guys ,Highly recommended
