Just so unhelpful
Just so unhelpful I was allocated a BoilerJuice delivery by their Cambridge depot for 12 March. I got a text message from certas the night before. On the 12th I did ring to just ask if they knew am or pm. They said because I was BoilerJuice they refuse to tell me that info I called again at 3pm to ask if they had actually scheduled my delivery. Again because BoilerJuice they refused to tell me Eventually boiler juice informed me that Certas had cancelled my delivery. We have locked gates so had to wait in all day. Now been told to wait in tomorrow Why treat people like that? It’s just not good business Update: Was told they would deliver next day. They did not. Eventually arrived two days later. They say the contract is with boiler juice. But that’s like saying your flight with British airways is the responsibility of Mastercard.
