The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

Great experience with Colin and Danny. When they came out for the quote they were knowledgeable, professional and clear. The work was completed to a very high standard, and we were talked through everything that was done. Despite digging several holes, you almost wouldn't know they were here as they carefully replaced all grass and left things neat and tidy. They were able to answer any questions we had, made good progress and I can't really find fault with anything they did.

We had a water leak which other companies had failed to locate; Impact U arrived on time, located the leak by process of elimination, relaid new water pipe, and made good the trial holes both in concrete and unmade ground. Colin, Danny, and Dene replaced a lead pipe at my property today. The site - being a bit out of the ordinary - required an element of problem solving before works could commence. The guys were flexible, patient and professional throughout, and thanks to their experience and knowledge were able to get the job done swiftly and with no hassle. The block paved driveway looks exactly the same as before. I’d recommend the company due to the great and efficient service at a good cost. The lead pipe replacement team who came to my house today were fast, efficient and tidy Colin and Danny removed 7 blocks from my drive next to the meter on footpath and put the mole in and off it went towards the house in no time at all it traveled 7 meters and appeared in the small hole they had made under the subfloor inside the house and then in minutes the new 25mm MDPE was installed the water to the house seemed to be off for 15 minutes and then it was all back on, the whole operation from arrival to departure was a couple of hours the re-instatement to block paving was invisible In my mind this was worth every penny that I paid for it the speed and that fact the whole driveway remained undisturbed This job might have taken a couple of days if a cut and cover installation had been used and having to reinstate all the block paving

Colin Danny and Dean attended an underground water leak at my property and under what were difficult circumstances and bad weather made an excellent repair. They left the property clean and tidy as they found it and were polite, friendly, helpful and professional throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well Done!

Colin and Jay have just completed re directing the water supply to our house. They were efficient, friendly and informative. It was very cold and wet yesterday and they still worked through without complaint. All holes dug have been filled neatly and they left the site tidy. Discovering you have a water leak is stressful, trying to find the water leak is even more stressful, expensive, time consuming and even then it can't be found !!! But once we got these guys in the problem was sorted quickly without any fuss. I would certainly recommend them.
