The team arrived on-time, quickly assessed the job and got to work. The job was particularly difficult due to adverse weather and very hard ground. These problems were overcome with the minimum of disruption and the worksite was left clean and tidy. The quality of completed work was excellent and we now have greatly improved water pressure.
Unfortunately the team could not help me with my water leak issues. However, they were punctual, gave me excellent advice to solve my issues, and the support from Angie in the office was first class.
House water supply pipe leaking under drive, requires urgent attention, Didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry. This is not fake. Made inquiry on company website.
Faultless work from the team of Sam, Danny and Tom. Arrived at 8, dug 5 deep holes in garden and patio, installed new mains water pipe, connected it to the stopcock inside, filled in all the holes, and left by 2. And you could hardly tell they'd been. Very polite and kept me fully informed of the progress. Would definitely recommend them.

Colin and Jay fixed a leak in our corroded mains pipe, which required them to dig up some patio. They arrived on time, located and fixed the problem and tidied up well afterwards. A little finishing off to do in a week's time (due to the bad weather interfering) was scheduled with the office before they left. All in all, they were professional, efficient and courteous. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

I would thoroughly recommend Impact Utilities. Quick, efficient, tidy and courteous! Initially, I spoke to Angela to gain a quote and book the team into carry out the works. She swiftly made the necessary arrangements and provided a competitive quote. The team - Colin and Danny arrived as arranged and did a fantastic job laying 25m gas pipe. They checked everything with me first and then set to work. They laid the pipe as requested and then filled in the holes afterwards. You’d never know they had been on site! Colin and Kris were friendly and professional. They came to remove 20m or so of lead piping. It was a tough job, thanks to a very uncooperative extension to our house, but they wouldn't leave until they found a way through. Strongly recommend.

From initial contact with Angela providing the quote to the works carried out by Colin and Danny the service has been excellent. They arrived when they said they would, explained what they were going to do and got on with the job. They were very tidy and it is impossible to see that they have dug two holes in the driveway. Once the pipe was installed and re-connected they made sure I was happy with the results and how they had finished surfaces and work carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company - extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Colin and Danny arrived bright and early to install a replacement water main. They fully explained the work they would be undertaking and kept us informed every step of the way. Although the work was not straightforward the work was completed in the timescale stated and we were without water for a very short period of time. The area was left clean and tidy afterwards. They worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently getting everything finished in less than five hours. The work-areas were carefully reinstated and it all looks good as new.
