Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Lifetime customer turned away
For years I've been a loyal customer with them, then suddenly about 16 months ago it was claimed the subscription payment system was down and was being fixed. For every month since then I was sent a manual payment link but now they've decided to stop that too effectively terminating my contract. I'm furious as clearly people are buying the other subscriptions through the app and they have been lying to me. I do not understand why. Now im blocked from having a subscription with them. Absolutely awful customer service.

Guten Tag, ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich war heute zum wiederholten Male in der Waschstraße und war wie immer mit dem Service und dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Zu mir ist der Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und man kann sich auch immer mit ihm unterhalten und lachen kann er auch, witer so.

Genauso funktioniert Service und Umgang mit dem Kunden.
Habe meinem Fahrzeug heute am 19.07.2024 um ca. 17.45 Uhr eine Wäsche an meinem ehemaligen und jahrelangen Arbeitsplatz gegönnt. Die beiden Herren die mich bedienten waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und ausgesprochen höflich. Die Kundenberatung war kompetent und völlig zufriedenstellend. Mir wurde auch nichts auf`s Auge gedrückt, sondern eine erstklassige Fahrzeugreinigung zu teil. Da gibt man auch gerne mal 5 Sterne.

Det er den bedste vask jeg har fået længe. Dog lader det til at hjulbørsten i højre side er defekt. Støvsugerne har stor sugekraft og tager slt skidt, selv hundehårene.

I would like to make you aware of your alloy spa option available on your top tier car wash programs. Why is it I never get the alloy spa treatment with my Ultra HD wash at your IMO car wash in Ripple Rd, Barking IG11 9RY. I have spoken to the manager and workers regarding this and they just shrug their shoulders. This is what IMO says online what a alloy spa?: The attendant applies an enhanced foaming cleaner to the wheels in the pre-wash area, providing a more effective wheel cleansing 'spa' treatment. However I never see this treatment although I have paid for it. I would go as far as false advertising, such a shameful behaviour.

Nie wieder...Hab meinem Auto was gutes tun wollen und die Wäsche für 22 Euro genommen. Ich war das erste Mal dort in Wildau. Nach der Wäsche war mein Auto nicht sauber.Ich hab mein Auto draussen kontrolliert und einen riesen tiefen Kratzer im Autolack entdeckt. Die Mitarbeiter gaben mir ein Formular und ich hatte das Gefühl ich war nicht die erste der sowas passiert. Nie wieder....
