Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Paid £18 for full wash
Paid £18 for full wash. The pre wash wasn't carried out because of broken equipment and the quality of the wash itself was extremely poor. Contacted the company about it but after a few emails they stopped replying. Will never use again.

Poor car wash
I used the chesterfield imo wash I got what can only be classed as a poor quality wash (£9.50) the staff did even bother giving my car a good prewash , I’ve sent pictures and a email of complaint to imo but suprize suprize I’ve had no reply . Avoid this car wash !!!

Einen Stern für das gewaschene Auto. Was sich sonst noch so gewaschen hat, ist der Preis von 17,-€ für die Wäsche inkl. Heißwachs und Nano-Versiegelung. Wäsche: Beim Auftragen des Wachses/Nano-Versiegelung reißt nicht, wie üblich, der Wasserfilm auf der Frontscheibe. Auch im Anschluß perlte das Restwasser nicht auf der Karosserie sondern bildete einen Film. Was auch immer über die Zerstäuberdüsen aufgetragen wird, Nano/Wachs verhält sich anders. Ich habe den Pächter/Besitzer darauf angesprochen. Der versteckte sich argumentativ hinter seiner Waschanlage, diese sei vollautomatisch, er habe darauf keinen Einfluß. Ich werde in Zukunft einen großen Bogen um diese Waschanlage machen, ich fühle mich bei dieser Glanzleistung, mit Blick auf den Preis, schlicht verar…t und abgezockt. Ich kann diese Waschanlage nicht weiterempfehlen. Ps: Felgenreinigung kostet 3,-€ extra. Diese ist bei 17,-€ nicht inkl.(!?)

Disappointing Wash
IMO (Shrewsbury) - Went with the Diamond Wax wash which included an "alloy spa". I put it in quotations as the alloys on my vehicle were about as dirty after as when they went into the car wash. Very disappointed. Vehicle was not dried off very well with the large damp/wet cross-body fibre strips at the end of the wash. Really not worth £10.

Car wash ? What a laugh
POOL - Redruth:- GARBAGE. It dosn't matter how many times you ask the guys to take care of the wheels - they never do. We use the top of the list. The fist time, I gave then an extra few quid,,,, thinking they had done so - but No. There was bird droppings on the window and door - still there after washing. Where two panels meet leaves a ridge that needs cleaning - but No. We no longer use that place, as my 3 year old can do a better job.

Am besten nur mit sauberen Auto hinfahren!
Fahre sonst zu einem großen anderen Wasch Park der z. Zt. allerdings wg. Umbau geschlossen hat. In Düsseldorf Rath bin ich dann gefahren. Noch nie hatte ich solch ein schlechtes Waschergebnis bei meinem fast neuen PKW. Verschmutzungen an Seitenteilen, die mit dem Finger anschließend zu lösen waren wurden genauso wie Verunreinigungen auf Motorhaube und dem Dach vom Personal nicht anerkannt. Die Trocknung war völlig ungenügend. Und das alles für das teuerste Waschprogramm. Der Mitarbeiter gab an, das Fahrzeug hätte unter Bäumen gestanden. Dies könne dann nicht komplett gesäubert werden. Mit diesem unverständlichen Aussagen und vor allem unfreundliche m Verhalten hat man mich als Kunden schnell wieder verloren.

Angeblich bis 20 Uhr geöffnet
Angeblich bis 20 Uhr geöffnet, hat aber um 19 Uhr schon geschlossen. Das Waschergebnis ist eigentlich ganz ok, aber…. Immer wird ganz penetrant versucht einem etwas anderes aufzuschwatzen obwohl man gar nicht möchte! Nervt total! Ich fahre nicht mehr hin.
