Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Employee banged my windscreen with the jet wash leaving a 10cm vertical scratch in my eyeline. Hit the windscreen so hard my partner said “woah” in shock and the employee walked off waving us into the wash. Parked up to inspect after going through the wash and both employees on site just looked over at us and didn’t ask us if everything was ok. Waiting to hear back from them from complaints team.

Ich war heute bei IMO Car Wash in 52222 Stolberg auf der Eschweilerstrasse. Einmal Ecowash für 12,-€ mit Trinkgeld für die Jungs 15,-€. Programm Ecowash sollte im Anschluss mit Wachs sein, mein Auto ist aber nicht gewachst worden, entweder war der Wachsvorrat leer oder die Anlage defekt. Habe mir den Mitarbeiter geholt und ihn darauf hingewiesen, daraufhin stellte er sich dumm und wollte mir das Auftragen der Trockenhilfe als Wachsbehandlung erklären. Ich habe selbst an einer Tankstelle mit Waschanlage gearbeitet und weiß wie man eine Waschanlage befüllt und wie die funktioniert. Nachdem man mir bereits an der selben Waschstraße von IMO ein billigeres Programm eingeschaltet hatte, obwohl ich ein hochpreisiges bezahlt hatte, muss ich leider davon ausgehen, dass es sich nicht um fehlenden Kundenservice handelt. Reine Abzocke, da fahre ich nie wieder hin und werde jedem davon abraten!!!

I used IMO for the first time and appreciated several aspects: the pricing and wash options are clearly displayed, multiple payment methods are accepted, and the combination of hand wash, roller wash, and drying is a nice concept. The staff were polite and the process seemed efficient. However, I encountered a couple of issues that left me disappointed. I selected the Total Wax program, but when my car exited the tunnel, it was still noticeably wet. With a long queue of vehicles behind me, I didn’t feel comfortable returning to the staff to raise the issue. I wasn’t confident that my concern would be well received, and I wasn’t sure what they could have done anyway if the drying system wasn’t functioning properly. I drove home (just two miles away) with a wet car, and as expected, by the time I arrived, water spots had formed on the windows and bodywork. I had to re-rinse and dry the car myself to avoid further marking. In addition, my electric side mirror on the driver's side appeared to get notched during the wash. It still works, but now makes a different noise compared to the passenger's side, which suggests something may have been affected during the process. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning. Unless someone from IMO contacts me with a solution or explanation that restores my confidence, I don’t see myself using their services again. Took 2 cars in one for full wash and valet , what an amazing difference like new, second car I spilled milk in boot , terrible stench tried everything to get rid of it nothing worked. Went to IOM they were great had it smelling lovely in such a short time well worth the money and what a great service and great bunch of guys. Will defo be going back there again !

The manager at the car wash in Ely at Tesco is the friendliest guy I have ever met. I’ve been washing my car for the last three years at the car wash and he always have a smile and is very polite to all the customers. He deserves a big bonus.

Got the 7.50 eco plus wash. Then noticed when I got home bird pooh still on the car. So took it back expecting them to put me back through and do a better job. But oh no had to purchase triple wax for 8.50. When all it required was for the first person to do there job properly with the jet wash. Very bad customer service blaming it on the bird pooh which has only been on the car for 1 day. Saying perhaps more chemical required to get it off lol.

The quality of the service is rubbish.Spend £19 to have my car spotless, but nothing even close to that .
