Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Ein Stern ist leider noch zu viel. Ich war heute zufällig in der Lahnstr. (Berlin) 9.45 Uhr unterwegs und dachte, ach lass ich doch mal das Auto waschen, sehr schlechte Idee. Habe die Autowäsche für 20, 00 € nehmen wollen, ein Auto in der Waschstraße kein Personal sichtbar. Nach 5 min. sah ich den Mitarbeiter der den Hof fegte. Sehr unfreundlich da ich ihn offenbar bei seinen Arbeit störte. Missmutig schäumte er dann mein Auto ein. Die Fahrt begann und ich sah schon bei der Reinigung, dass die Flecken auf der Frontscheibe nicht entfernt wurden. Der Wagen fuhr raus und ich versuchte den Mitarbeiter zu finden, keine Möglichkeit. Nach minutenlanger Suche wieder beim fegen sprach ich ihn an. Er total sauer das kann nicht sein. Sah dann aber die verschmutze Frontscheibe und sagte ja das kann vorkommen. Ich meinte aber nicht bei der 20,00€ Autowäsche da meinte er nur dann müsse ich nach vorne zu Cosy Wash. Das werde ich auch in Zukunft tun denn er hatte meine Reklamation einfach ignoriert.

Possibly the rudest man I have ever encountered in my life. He was stood in front of the instructions board and I hadn’t turned off my anti braking system (because I didn’t see it on the board) he started shouting at me and gesturing to the other people in the queue that I was thick. Car’s still dirty anyway. Will never go back.

I have been using the car wash for 15 years, 2 years ago I upgraded to a Mitsubishi L200 and asked if I could still use, they said it would be fine. Have been using monthly for the 21 months I’ve owned the car with no issues with the size of my car. Today I was turned away as the car was ‘too long’, it is just slightly longer than an estate car and slightly higher than an SUV. Disappointed in the change of rules when the equipment hasn’t changed.

I have used this particular branch of car wash for a few years and have never had any major issues until my visit today (18th May 2025). Despite the staff never being particularly cheery, I have always been satisfied with the guidance/instructions and results in the past. On today's visit I didn't particularly appreciate the rude customer service I received, particularly from one member of staff wearing a cap (I didn't get his name). As I was being waved to move forward into the car wash, this particular member of staff started shouting "left, left!" while his colleague was shouting completely different instructions, followed by them banging on my window to reverse back and start again. This followed by more conflicting instructions and window banging until I finally got onto the car wash correctly. Once I started going through the car wash I could see the staff member in the cap angrily throwing his arms around and making rude gestures implying that I was unable to drive or follow instructions. How is someone supposed to follow two completely conflicting instructions from two separate people, especially when one of them is shouting it at you? Judging by some of the similar and negative experiences / reviews on Google (the glowing reviews are clearly from those who have bought top level packages or are from friends / regulars / taxi drivers) IMO need to send a member of staff from their Head Office to this branch to retrain their staff on their customer service skills (as they clearly don't have any) and give clear instructions to their customers in a calm way. After my experience today, I will be getting my car washed elsewhere.

Eine miserable Waschanlage.. Auto kommt genauso bzw. fast noch dreckiger wieder raus da alles verschmiert ist. Unmotiviertes Personal. Erst freundlich, wenn man das angebliche Tagesangebot nicht annimmt zunehmend unfreundlicher. Niemals wieder!

This is worst car wash I knew because they are in rush they didn’t clean properly the bird shit still on the roof top. And compare to other they charge bit more. I’m not using next time.
