Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Gouged side of car because the…
Gouged side of car because the passenger side washer brush wasn’t working.Got home checked and paint was chipped badly in a couple of places and black rubber marks on the doors which I managed to get out. I will have to get the chipped paint done at a body shop now.So won’t be going there again cost £18 for the XTR treatment wash.God knows how much to get the chipped paint repaired.Had the repair done cost £500.

The team were exceptionally efficient…
The team were exceptionally efficient and polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. My car was an absolute state I’m embarrassed to say but they did a fantastic job and the car looked as good as new once they had washed a valeted it. It took next to no time as I sat in the sun waiting. Excellent service is highly recommend.

Extremely bad. Never again
I am very unhappy with imo car wash. I bought ceramic xtr in Imo oxford on the app but the car wash was closed. The service was very rude when I tried to explain that it was not my fault that I could buy a wash when the car wash was closed for repairs. Finally they decided to serve me but without pre wash and very carelessly so the car was still dirty after the wash. Never again IMO. £21 down the drain.

Achtung Abzocke
15€ für eine Wäsche mit Unterboden Reinigung und Lotus Effekt(in Emsdetten) finde ich Okay, wenn es dann auch gemacht wird, bei mir konnte ich auf der Anzeige kein Programm erkennen und der Unterboden war nach dem verlassen der Waschstraße auch trocken , auch der Wagen war nicht richtig sauber!!Hier stimmt was nicht, wir werden die IMO CAR Waschstraße in Emsdetten zukünftig meiden !!!!

Ich fahre regelmäßig zur IMO Car Wash, ich habe noch nie Problme gehabt, der Betreibe ist sehr freundlich, eben so sein Personal, die Anlage wird regelmäßig gewartet, man hat genug Platz für die Innenreinigung.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel! Ich war heute bei Imo Wasch Dorsten auf der Borkener Straße und bin absolut enttäuscht. Nach der Autowäsche war mein Heckscheibenwischer beschädigt – statt sich dem Problem anzunehmen, wurde ich vom Inhaber auf unfreundlichste Weise beschuldigt, den Schaden selbst verursacht zu haben! Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Entschuldigung – nur freches Verhalten und absolute Ignoranz gegenüber dem Kunden. So geht man definitiv nicht mit zahlender Kundschaft um. Ich kann nur jedem raten, diese Waschanlage zu meiden!

Achtung! Genau auf das Programm achten!
Ich habe ein Programm für 20€ gewählt. Der Mitarbeiter meinte, dass das Programm für 16€ ( inkl. Felgenreinigung und Glanz) ausreiche. Ich stimmte zu und freute mich und bezahlte bar. Als ich näher an das Schild fuhr konnte ich kein Programm für 16 € erkennen. Der Mitarbeiter stellt Eco Plus ein, welches nur 12€ kostete. Den Rest steckte er sich anscheint ein. Ich hatte keinen Beleg,zwei hungrige Kinder auf der Rückbank und die Schlange war sehr lange, sonst hätte ich nachgefragt. Ich werde definitiv nicht mehr in diese Waschanlage fahren.
