Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Car wash! Almost!!!
you used to get alloys pressure washed, suds on brush over windows etc, hardly touched the alloys with the pressure wash, no suds for windows really poor wash! Won’t be going back! It used to be excellent but not anymore

Because I’d had problems at this site befor
Because I’d had problems at the Bridgwater station before so before I paid the attendant I asked if the wash was working correctly. He said it was so paid £14 for an ultra wash and proceeded to the track. The spray detergent on the left side wasn’t working, the ‘Ultra’ spray and the blower on the left weren’t working either resulting in the right side looking ok but the left side looking like I’d been through a storm. I asked the attendant for a refund. He told me that he couldn’t. I asked how I could complain. He said I should go on line. I’ve finally had enough of IMO and Bridgwater in particular.

Chemical marks
I was on a monthly subscription. I bought a new car towards the end of 2024 and the IMO carwash was the only place my car was washed. After one visit I noticed strange staining marks on my rear bumper. The only explanation I can see is that the chemical sprayed on by the attendant as I entered the car wash has done this. I cancelled the subscription and will be washing my car myself from now on.

The prewash guy does a half arsed job
The prewash guy does a half arsed job. This was my 3rd visit to this carwash and each time the prewash has been below an acceptable standard. Today was the worst experience. The guy missed half the front of the vehicle and didn't do the back which resulted in there still being bird crap on the windscreen. I drove back around to complain, expecting another wash but was forced to reverse back past 2 cars that were forced to move by the prewash guy. I have a trade wash account which gives me discount. I don't know if that played a part. Trade discount or not, I expect the full service that is paid for.

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, aber das Auto wird nicht sauber.
Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, die Wartezeit hat sich in Grenzen gehalten. Ich habe das Teuerste Programm genommen was es gab.Die vorwäsche der Mitarbeiter war leider sehr larifari, ohne grosse Lust und die stellen wo die Wäsche kaum dran kommt, hat er komplett ausgelassen. Daher ist mein Auto leider nicht sehr sauber geworden. Dazu kommt noch, dass die Staubsauger eine Katastrophe sind. Kaum saugkraft, und bei den Schläuchen fehlt einfach vorne die Saugdüse. Würde für das Geld nicht noch mal dahin fahren. Schade

Grateful customer
I think they may have new staff here. The gentleman who pre-washed my car noticed some paint on the front bumper. He asked me to pull over after I’d been through the car wash and he would take a look at it. He used some spray and managed to get the paint off for me. He didn’t need to do this but kindly offered. My black car does look alot better without the white paint on it! Thank you.
