The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland

Major Drop Off Recently

Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.

I.D Mobile Upfront Costs

When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Terrible

Poor coverage Outage yet again Hard to actually talk to someone I've 8 months left on my contract and already gone with another company I'm having to restart my gone 2 or 3 times a day to get it to reconnect

service has been down since 10 am, 16 hours ago. Website says "now returning to near normal levels". But simultaneously fails to CheckCoverageForPOSTCODE ____. 2 stars because this is not usual, but your survey asked today, and no financial actions possible without mobile

Unreliable service

Once again, I had no network service today. Could not make or receive calls, despite my phone showing full signal. This is not the first time either. iD Mobile runs on Three’s network, and the outages keep happening with no proper warning or support. Today’s issue nearly made me miss an important doctor’s appointment because they could not reach me and I could not call out. Completely unacceptable. No communication from iD, no accountability, and no explanation. It just feels like they do not care. Under Ofcom rules, providers are supposed to make sure we have access to basic communication and treat customers fairly. This experience was the exact opposite. If you need your phone for anything important, like work or health reasons, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

My phone isn’t working properly

My phone isn’t working properly. No one answers the phone when I call to ask for help. I can’t ring some people on my contact list and the internet won’t always work when I am out. I have called up three or four times in the space of a month when I first took out the contract!

yet another outage from the network

yet another outage from the network. I cannot ring anybody and nobody has been able to contact me. I am so sick of this. .. I have contacted ID mobile after the last outage to see if I could leave early but not only do they want you to continue paying for the dreadful service you cant take your number with you, ** 26/06/2025 I have no patience for this and why should I have this has happened too many times before. Today I barely have a signal and most of the conversations I have had have a delay on them from both sides or words missing making discussion impossible. Is it any wonder I want out of this contract which seems to me to be very one sided. I pay you and you don't deliver!
