The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Can't make or receive calls all day. Customer services are non existent. Can't reach anyone to speak to, online BOT's responding with pre-programmed replies, highly frustrating. Have of switch now as it is high risk and highly unreliable mobile network.

I have experienced a complete loss of network coverage with ID Mobile since 8am today. No communication has been issued to customers regarding this outage, and access to both the mobile app and online profile is unavailable. This has caused significant disruption to my day, missing a scheduled telephone medical consultation and the 2nd round telephone interview for a job, and I have struggled to coordinate with on-site builders due to the lack of mobile service. The absence of timely updates or alternative support channels reflects a concerning lack of customer care and contingency planning.

I have issues right now I can’t make and receive phone calls for the whole day, I have tried to ring your customer service team but I can’t do so, please sort out my big issues without any further delays, too much inconvenient on my daily undertakings, missed the messages and calls from my colleagues and family members, this is a nightmare.
