Unreliable service
Once again, I had no network service today. Could not make or receive calls, despite my phone showing full signal. This is not the first time either. iD Mobile runs on Three’s network, and the outages keep happening with no proper warning or support. Today’s issue nearly made me miss an important doctor’s appointment because they could not reach me and I could not call out. Completely unacceptable. No communication from iD, no accountability, and no explanation. It just feels like they do not care. Under Ofcom rules, providers are supposed to make sure we have access to basic communication and treat customers fairly. This experience was the exact opposite. If you need your phone for anything important, like work or health reasons, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
