The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Generally everything has been fine, however there has been a couple of instances where I've been unable to make calls on my iphone 8. Also on my Samsung S24 I was unable to switch roaming off while in flight mode and incured roaming charges when I switched off flight mode to enable me to switch off roaming when we landed in Turkey. So switch roaming off before leaving UK

I have just transfered to I'd mobile, They have taken my number from my previous network, I don't have an ID mobile sim, so now I have no phone. There is no way of contacting them to sort it out. I can't believe a phone company don't have a phone number or an email address or live chat, it's terrible.

Upgraded my phone after the sales person made false promises. Have just spend the last two days trying to get a hold of customer service who sent me to carphone warehouse. Who sent me back to ID and repeat! 45mins on hold listening to the same three songs until it cuts off after being passed on byβ7777β honestly the worse company I have ever dealt with. Issue still isnβt 100% resolved. Many times throughout the year the signal goes and nothing works for the day.

Not had any major problems, staff always helpful, info on email and signal not bad considering live in remote parts of Scotland and visited Cumbria.

Truly the worst. Three days spent trying to get a phone blacklisted. No option to speak with anybody. Miscommunication, inability of operator to process information, confused and conflicting responses. Three different operators on three different days still have not been able to take appropriate and simple action . Cut off by network, operators unable to refer back to full transcripts and incapable of understanding the requests. Deny that request was made even though I have the transcript evidence. Kept waiting for several minutes between every text response all of which served no purpose in the end. Cannot complain online though, but the complaints phone number is unavailableβ¦.. cannot get through to the vulnerable customer number despite bein on hold for thirty minutes. More than six hours spent attempting to get a simple request actioned. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: the response received clearly demonstrates how little this company understand or care About customer service. Why would I spend another 6 frustrating hours using similar methods of (non) communication and have any faith in a resolution. If you have any customer service value at all you will enable a firm of verbal communication and complaint. Failing that, changing provider and reporting to Your watchdog is my only hope .

I have 3 children and I wanted to switch to ID Mobile for all of us so that we could stay connected as various members travelled around Europe. ID Mobile had a great deal - Β£15 a month and 30gb of eu data roaming. I went online and tried to order 4 sim cards. Managed to order the first sim for myself and was blocked and told to wait 60 days before I could order my second, third and fourth card. How frustrating. It would have been Β£60 a month revenue for ID mobile but these silly rules means I will take my business elsewhere. Come on ID Mobile, make it easy for the customer to actually purchase your product!
