Truly the worst. Three days spent trying to get a phone blacklisted. No option to speak with anybody. Miscommunication, inability of operator to process information, confused and conflicting responses. Three different operators on three different days still have not been able to take appropriate and simple action . Cut off by network, operators unable to refer back to full transcripts and incapable of understanding the requests. Deny that request was made even though I have the transcript evidence. Kept waiting for several minutes between every text response all of which served no purpose in the end. Cannot complain online though, but the complaints phone number is unavailable….. cannot get through to the vulnerable customer number despite bein on hold for thirty minutes. More than six hours spent attempting to get a simple request actioned. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: the response received clearly demonstrates how little this company understand or care About customer service. Why would I spend another 6 frustrating hours using similar methods of (non) communication and have any faith in a resolution. If you have any customer service value at all you will enable a firm of verbal communication and complaint. Failing that, changing provider and reporting to Your watchdog is my only hope .
