The worst customer service ever!
Having just moved to ID mobile. I found this the worst switch between networks I have ever had. It took me 3 days and with little to no support from ID. You cannot speak to anyone, it is all done via chat. It is extremely hard to connect to their chat system as it logs you out all the time and when you get through the service is extremely poor!!! Also the coverage service I get where I live and it n my journey to london is not good.
