The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland

Major Drop Off Recently

Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.

I.D Mobile Upfront Costs

When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

I have been with ID a few months.

I have been with ID for a few months. I have a pay monthly contract that is suiting me well. It is much cheaper than my last provider, BT. I am thinking of upgrading so I can stream more on catch-up tv. I have no complaints so far, so I carnt comment on customer service. I'm not a big user. My experience so far has been very good. I hope it continues. Thank you ID

Very pleased

Not heard of ID mobile prior to looking for a new contract and have only ever used those most well known networks. Great phone contract deal with free gifts and unbeatable monthly cost. Wanted to change colour of phone after ordered and advisor was fab and completed request. No problems with signal, easy to navigate app. Overall great experience.

ID Moble...Consistently good service...

In all my time with ID Mobile ive not had any outage, need to call customer service etc, ive had consistent signal, txting, email, video etc all excellent and I have been extremely happy with all service provided. ID online account very informative and helpful. Will continue with ID for the foreseeable future, recommended supplier of service.

Good staff, idiotic policy

The representative I saw was fine, he did everything he could to help me. With less than a month to go on my existing (ID Mobile) phone contract, I called in Curry's to order a new Apple iPhone from ID Mobile. When the rep brought up the ordering app, it stated that I could only order a new phone on the day before the old contract ended. Therefore I won't know the contract cost until then and, as ID Mobile probably won't be carrying the phone in stock, I won't get it in time. Needless to say, I am now looking elsewhere for a phone contract. What a stupid policy! Note that I didn't wish to end the old contract early, I just wanted to ensure continuation with the new contract with perhaps the phone being delivered the day before the new contract.
