The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Started off great, easy switch and no issues with signal. However for the last few weeks there has been issues with signal at home. Unable to make or receive calls and when I am able to there is no sound. Checked website and there are no issues apparently and should be getting both 4g & 5g service, however myself and my partner have the same problem, even a takeaway delivery driver on the 3 network commented about the poor signal recently

Cheap and reliable phone provider. Good website. Plenty of options. Not 5-star, because like a lot of providers, you cant contact them directly.

It all makes total sense now. I got a phone bundle from carphone warehouse (owned by currys) and chose a simple Samsung A series phone. With the deal was a galaxy watch 7. (I would have chosen s25) After the deal was sealed myself and a member of carphone warehouse staff found the deal had run out but was still being advertised. She told me that the deal shouldn't be up still and she would sort it so I get one. Heard nothing back. Got hold of currys via Trustpilot and was told to call or email. I was passed around to no avail. Now I am stuck with a bad phone and contract (was told I couldn't cancel it) with bad signal and loads of stress. Awesome
