Good staff, idiotic policy
The representative I saw was fine, he did everything he could to help me. With less than a month to go on my existing (ID Mobile) phone contract, I called in Curry's to order a new Apple iPhone from ID Mobile. When the rep brought up the ordering app, it stated that I could only order a new phone on the day before the old contract ended. Therefore I won't know the contract cost until then and, as ID Mobile probably won't be carrying the phone in stock, I won't get it in time. Needless to say, I am now looking elsewhere for a phone contract. What a stupid policy! Note that I didn't wish to end the old contract early, I just wanted to ensure continuation with the new contract with perhaps the phone being delivered the day before the new contract.
