The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Warning - DO NOT SWITCH TO ID Mobile My switch completed yesterday with no net work coverage at all. You have to go through a chat bot to chat to a real person who sends you a list of things to do to rest your network settings etc. however when you do this you lose the existing chat and like me, it still didnβt work you have to start all over again. After going through the process a 2nd time, youβre given further settings (turn off iPhone messages , turn back on etc) yet nothing works. Pay the extra couple of Β£s a month to go with another provider. Itβs not worth the pain. So today I cancelled the contract as no one could help me or speak on the phone.

The advisor today was very helpful. However, due to incorrect information I received from the last advisor I chatted with (and gave a great rating to, being unaware that what I had been told was completely wrong), my issue could not be resolved. I haven't even properly switched to ID mobile yet (which is the problem) and I am already regretting it.

Very pleased with my experience if ID Mobile. I have been using their sim card for a while now and it has rarely let me down. Their prices are competitive and I would recommend anyone looking for an affordable package to see them out.

Taken out my second contract with ID. The saving for the same handset and usage from 3 unreal and ID includes EU roaming where 3 doesn't! The team on socials ( I used Facebook messenger) are so helpful they talked me through porting the number and settings for EU roaming so helpful , friendly and quick

Very helpful, friendly and informative. I got a good deal when my mobile phone was due for an upgrade. I have used id mobile previously. They have always been patient and found tge best deal for me.

Well it was one of the longest mont/ and a half. Loosing connection all the time! I had many diff providers, Iβd mobile was the worst one. Sorry nothing positive from me.
